Haartz Twillfast RPC® is an upgraded topping material compared to a standard Twillfast II (aka Sonnendeck) fabric. The newer Twillfast RPC offers a noticeable reduction in road noise and better wear rating. If you are looking for an original style replacement Top make sure you get Haartz Twillfast RPC.

Haartz Stayfast® is the lower cost alternative to the original. The major differences are that Twillfast has the twill weave pattern on the outside and dobby weave pattern on the inner backing. Stayfast has a square weave pattern on the outside and a plain inner backing.

Glass Windows: All glass window assemblies are manufactured using full width, first quality toppings. We heatseal glass into their tops and glass window assemblies using the same techniques as GM, Ford, Chrysler, Saab and other convertible manufacturers; and do not use inferior methods which produce weak bonds such as using silicone to install glass into window assemblies. We add reinforcements for extra strength when necessary, use all factory style extrusions and components, and carefully finish our glass window assemblies.
