Mercedes-Benz SE (W111 Chassis) production began in 1960 and was shortly followed by a convertible model with a soft top roof folded into the recess behind the rear seat. In 1962, Mercedes-Benz released the 300-SE (W112 Chassis).

Since the 300-SE was an almost identical chassis, the convertible top fits both W111 and W112 chassis.

The material we are offering here is the Haartz German Sonnenland Classic cloth which has a twill weave exterior and tan 100% dobby weave backing. Available in Black, Blue, Brown or Tan with tan dobby weave interior.

The top has a heatsealed plastic window the same size and specification as the original. All seams are stitched with Dacron thread and dielectrically heat sealed into the tops, as are the AS6 certified plastic windows. All fasteners necessary for proper installation are supplied, but not installed.
